How to cook
Pan fry the chicken leg
- Oil the pan with cooking oil
- Pan fry the boneless chicken leg starting with the skin side first for 6 minutes
- Flip over the chicken and cover the lid for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked and turned golden brown
- Serve with steamed rice and/or salad
