BBQ Sauce
(Any Brand)

How to cook

Prepare the beef and cook

  • With a whole piece of Beef Brisket, smoulder the BBQ sauce all around the meat.
  • Next place meat on aluminium foil with the BBQ marinade, wrap and seal the edges to make a package.
  • Place into an 120°C Oven / Air Fryer and cook for 5hours.
  • Once done, remove from oven / air fryer and slice to serve.
