(200g Steaks) (Cut into Strips 1cm Thick)
400 g
Oil
20 g
Potato Starch
20 g
Red Onion
(Sliced)
50 g
Sambal
(Any Brand)
50 g
Kicap Manis
(Sweet Soybean Sauce)
30 g
Salt to taste

How to cook

Marinate the beef

  • Marinate Australian Beef Ribeye strips with Oil, Salt and Potato Starch for 1 hour.

Start cooking

  • Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced red onion till fragrant for 1 minute.
  • Add the marinated Australian Beef Ribeye slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30 secs, constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
  • Add sambal, kicap manis and continue to stir fry for 1 min.
  • Ready to serve.
