Oil | 20 g |
Potato Starch | 20 g |
Red Onion (Sliced) | 50 g |
Sambal (Any Brand) | 50 g |
Kicap Manis (Sweet Soybean Sauce) | 30 g |
Salt to taste |
How to cook
Marinate the beef
- Marinate Australian Beef Ribeye strips with Oil, Salt and Potato Starch for 1 hour.
Start cooking
- Heat a Wok / Sauté Pan with oil, sauté sliced red onion till fragrant for 1 minute.
- Add the marinated Australian Beef Ribeye slices into wok / pan and sauté for 30 secs, constantly mixing to evenly cook meat.
- Add sambal, kicap manis and continue to stir fry for 1 min.
- Ready to serve.
