How to cook

Start cooking

  • Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add in kangkong and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
  • Add in seasoning – fermented soybean paste, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water. Stir fry for another 2 mins.
  • Remove from heat and dish is ready to serve.
