Chilli Padi | 2 |
Garlic minced | 20 g |
Fermented Soybean Paste | 1 tbsp |
Oyster Sauce | 2 tsp |
Fish Sauce | 1 tsp |
Cooking Oil | 1 tbsp |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
Water | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add in kangkong and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
- Add in seasoning – fermented soybean paste, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water. Stir fry for another 2 mins.
- Remove from heat and dish is ready to serve.
