Fresh Oysters | 24 pieces |
Salted Butter (softened) | 1 cup |
Parsley | 2 tbsp |
Horseradish (chopped) | 4 tsp |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Worcestershire sauce (OR light soy sauce and apple cider vinegar) | 2 tsp |
Lemon zest | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1⁄2 tsp |
Paprika | 1⁄2 tsp |
Hot sauce | 1⁄2 tsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- Preheat the grill to high 450°F to 500°F
Step 2
- Stir and mix well butter, parsley, horseradish, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, salt, paprika and hot sauce in a bowl
Step 3
- Apply 2 tablespoon of the mixture in each oyster
Step 4
- Arrange oysters in a single layer on oiled grates
Step 5
- Grill the oysters uncovered for 7 minutes until the butter is completely melted
Step 6
- Carefully remove the oysters from grill and ready to serve!
