Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
Chilli Oil | 1 tsp |
Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Oyster Sauce | 2 tbsp |
Fish Cakes | |
Shrimps | |
Green onions (optional) |
How to cook
Step 1
- Cook spinach noodles, shrimps and sliced fish cake in boiling water for 2 minutes then rinse noodles in cold water
Step 2
- Drain the noodles and toss in chilli oil, soy sauce, black vinegar, and oyster sauce then stir
Step 3
- Serving with cooked shrimps and fish cakes
Step 4
- Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
