Sustenir Spinach Noodles
(2 rolls)

Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Chilli Oil
1 tsp
Vinegar
1 tsp
Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp
Fish Cakes
Shrimps
Green onions
(optional)

How to cook

Step 1

  • Cook spinach noodles, shrimps and sliced fish cake in boiling water for 2 minutes then rinse noodles in cold water

Step 2

  • Drain the noodles and toss in chilli oil, soy sauce, black vinegar, and oyster sauce then stir

Step 3

  • Serving with cooked shrimps and fish cakes

Step 4

  • Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
