Sustenir Superkale | 1 pack |
Eggs | 3 |
Water | 2 tbsp |
Mushrooms | 50 g |
Chicken breast (sliced into thin strips) | 100 g |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Pepper | 1 tsp |
Butter | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Step 1
- Beat the eggs, water, salt and pepper in a bowl until well blended
Step 2
- Heat oil / butter in a pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add in mushrooms and stir-fry until mushrooms are fully cooked
Step 3
- Add in kale and slightly toss in until leaves turned soft
Step 4
- Spread them into a single layer and pour the beaten eggs into the pan
Step 5
- When top surface of eggs is thickened and there are no visible liquid egg, place the thinly sliced chicken on one side of the omelette
Step 6
- Fold the omelette into half and serve hot!
