Potatoes
(cut into chunks)
700 g
Green beans
(cut into pieces)
400 g
Pesto
13 cup
Parsley
14 cup
Salt
14 tsp
Pepper
14 tsp

How to cook

Step 1

  • Steam potatoes for 5 minutes then add green beans

Step 2

  • Cook for another 4 minutes, drain and plunge into an ice bath

Step 3

  • Transfer vegetables into a large serving bowl and add pesto, stir to coat evenly

Step 4

  • Season with salt and pepper to serve
