Cream Style Sweet Corn	1 box
Crabstick diced	100 g
Enoki Mushroom removed roots and cut into 2 sections	100 g
Eggs	2
Water	1.5 l
Seasoning Sauce
Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock	2 ¹⁄₂ tbsp
Potato Starch mixed with 2 tablespoon water	2 ¹⁄₂ tbsp
White Ground Pepper	¹⁄₄ tsp
Garnish
Spring Onion chopped	1 stalk

How to cook

Start cooking

Bring water to boil. Add in MAGGI® Chicken Concentrated Stock and stir well.
Add in enoki mushrooms, crab stick and cream style sweet corn and stir boil for 5 minutes.
Add in the beaten egg and stir in the potato starch solution. Stir evenly till the soup thickens.
