Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock
|2 1⁄2 tbsp|
mixed with 2 tablespoon water
|2 1⁄2 tbsp|
White Ground Pepper
How to cook
- Bring water to boil. Add in MAGGI® Chicken Concentrated Stock and stir well.
- Add in enoki mushrooms, crab stick and cream style sweet corn and stir boil for 5 minutes.
- Add in the beaten egg and stir in the potato starch solution. Stir evenly till the soup thickens.
Assemble and serve
- Sprinkle white ground pepper and garnish with spring onion before serving.
