Enoki Mushroom removed roots and cut into 2 sections | 100 g |

Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock | 2 1⁄2 tbsp |
Potato Starch mixed with 2 tablespoon water | 2 1⁄2 tbsp |
White Ground Pepper | 1⁄4 tsp |
Garnish | |
Spring Onion chopped | 1 stalk |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Bring water to boil. Add in MAGGI® Chicken Concentrated Stock and stir well.
- Add in enoki mushrooms, crab stick and cream style sweet corn and stir boil for 5 minutes.
- Add in the beaten egg and stir in the potato starch solution. Stir evenly till the soup thickens.
Assemble and serve
- Sprinkle white ground pepper and garnish with spring onion before serving.
