Potato Starch
mixed with 2 tablespoon water

White Ground Pepper

How to cook

Start cooking

  • Bring water to boil. Add in MAGGI® Chicken Concentrated Stock and stir well.
  • Add in enoki mushrooms, crab stick and cream style sweet corn and stir boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the beaten egg and stir in the potato starch solution. Stir evenly till the soup thickens.

Assemble and serve

  • Sprinkle white ground pepper and garnish with spring onion before serving.
