How to cook

Prepare vegetables

  • Cut red and green bell peppers into 1-inch squares. Set aside.

Prepare sauce

  • Mix all the sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Start cooking

  • Deep-fry prawn balls until golden brown and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry bell peppers and pineapples until fragrant.
  • Add sweet and sour sauce mix. Once it thickens, add fried prawn balls.
  • Toss and coat prawn balls with sauce.
  • Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds.
