Vegetable Egg Drop Soup
MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock
How to cook
Prepare the soup base
- Mix the MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock with water and bring it to a simmer in a soup pot.
- Add in the spinach.
- Add in salt, sugar and pepper to taste.
- Add in a mixture of corn starch and water.
- Stir well to ensure it is mixed thoroughly.
Add in the eggs
- Lightly beat the eggs.
- Use a ladle to stir the soup in a circular motion, and slowly drizzle in the egg.
