Wheatgrass Noodles
(purchase in-store)

Carrot
(sliced)

Red cabbage
(thinly sliced)

Scallions
2 stalks
Roasted cashews
(chopped)
14 cup

How to cook

Step 1

  • Boil the wheatgrass noodles for 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cool water
  • Set aside

Step 2

  • Boil carrot and cabbage for 5 minutes

Step 3

  • Place the cooked noodles, carrot, cabbage and scallions in a bowl

Step 4

  • Pour the dressing over and gently mix it

Step 5

  • Top it off with cashews and serve!
