Wheatgrass Noodles (purchase in-store) | 115 g |
Carrot (sliced) | 1 |
Red cabbage (thinly sliced) | 1⁄2 cup |
Scallions | 2 stalks |
Roasted cashews (chopped) | 1⁄4 cup |
How to cook
Step 1
- Boil the wheatgrass noodles for 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cool water
- Set aside
Step 2
- Boil carrot and cabbage for 5 minutes
Step 3
- Place the cooked noodles, carrot, cabbage and scallions in a bowl
Step 4
- Pour the dressing over and gently mix it
Step 5
- Top it off with cashews and serve!
