Ingredients
100g Carrots (peeled, cut into cubes)
100g Corn Kennel
120g Winter melon (cut into cubes)*
Seasoning stock:
2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube (Healthier Choice, Less Salt)
4 bowls Water
*Available at your nearest FairPrice store.
Method
- Bring 4 bowls of water to boil. When boiling, add in carrot cubes and winter melon, cook for 5 mins.
- Add in Corn Kennel and boil for another 3 mins.
- Lastly, add in MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube (Healthier Choice, Less Salt), stir well and serve.
