1 cup Onion Paste

Ginger

Yoghurt

Coriander Powder

Paneer

Method
  1. Heat the oil in the rice cooker’s vessel. Stir in cloves, cardamoms and cinnamon until it’s nice and fragrant. Add the onion paste and cook for 1-2 mins.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and green chilli paste. Sauté, then add yoghurt.
  3. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, turmeric, salt and paprika. Mix in cream and water, then close the lid to simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Open the lid to add the paneer. Cook the stew for another 1-2 mins until it reduces to a slightly more paste-like consistency.
  5. Garnish with coriander and some cream to serve!
