Ingredients
10 pieces French Scallops
½ tsp Salt
½ tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Hua Tiao Cooking Wine
½ tbsp Corn Flour
2 tbsp XO Sauce
1 rice bowl Water
Method
- Clean and pat dry french scallops
- Marinate the scallops with salt
- Pan fry the scallops for about 2 minutes each side. Set aside
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water (add salt and oil to water)
- Put broccoli in cold water to stop cooking. Drain and set aside.
- Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, hua tiao wine, corn flour and water in a bowl.
- Heat wok with oil.
- Add garlic and fry till fragrant.
- Add blanched broccoli and scallops and sauces to the wok.
- Add XO sauce. Stir and mix well.
- Ready to serve. Eat while it’s hot.
