Fried Pork with Fermented Red Bean Curd

Ingredients

400g Fresh Pork Collar (cut into 4 pieces)

MARINADE
1 heaped tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Minced Ginger
1 cube Fermented Red Bean Curd
1 tbsp Fermented Red Bean Curd Sauce
½ tsp Five Spice Powder
1 tbsp Light Soya Sauce

 

 

Method
  • Marinate pork for at least one hour or overnight in the fridge for enhanced flavour.
  • Deep fry over medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes (longer time for thicker cut).
  • Cut into thin slices and immediately.
