Ingredients
50g Kewpie Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Shoyu
240g Scottish Salmon Fillet
¼ tsp Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Furikake
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and shoyu until well combined. Set aside.
- Pat the Scottish salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mayonnaise-shoyu mixture evenly over the top of the salmon. Sprinkle furikake on top.
- Cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flaky with a crispy furikake crust.
- Serve the furikake Scottish salmon immediately with rice and your choice of vegetables. Garnish with extra furikake and thinly sliced green onions if desired. Enjoy!
