Furikake Scottish Salmon

Ingredients

50g Kewpie Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Shoyu
240g Scottish Salmon Fillet
¼ tsp Salt & Pepper
2 tbsp Furikake

 

Method
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and shoyu until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Pat the Scottish salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise-shoyu mixture evenly over the top of the salmon. Sprinkle furikake on top.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 6 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flaky with a crispy furikake crust.
  6. Serve the furikake Scottish salmon immediately with rice and your choice of vegetables. Garnish with extra furikake and thinly sliced green onions if desired. Enjoy!
