Ingredients
30 Dried Butterfly Pea flowers*
50ml Boiling water
1 can C.C.Lemon
Ice Cubes
*Available at your nearest FairPrice store.
Method
- In a measuring cup with 50ml boiling water, add in blue pea flower. Stir and let it steep for 5 mins.
- Sieve the blue pea flower water and allow to cool for 10 mins.
- Fill a cup with ice and C.C.Lemon.
