Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon

2 pcs Salmon Fillets
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
1 ½ tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Butter
¼ tsp Salt
1 sprig chopped Parsley

  1. Preheat oven on grill mode to 200 degrees
  2. In a small bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients and combine well
  3. Transfer Salmon onto a large sheet of aluminium foil and apply the garlic lemon butter marinate generously. Coat well.
  4. Wrap up the salmon & bake for 20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Unwrap the salmon and serve immediately
