Ingredients

200-250g Delicato Shabu Beef
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Spring Onion (cut into rings, for garnishing)
1 tsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Method
  1. Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Fry the onions until fragrant, then set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the beef and cook until brown. Mix in the seasoning and stir well. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  3. Serve the beef with Japanese rice and garnish with chopped spring onions.
