Ingredients
200-250g Delicato Shabu Beef
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Spring Onion (cut into rings, for garnishing)
1 tsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Mirin
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Method
- Heat a pan and add cooking oil. Fry the onions until fragrant, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add the beef and cook until brown. Mix in the seasoning and stir well. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve the beef with Japanese rice and garnish with chopped spring onions.
