Ingredients

FOR SAUCE
5 tbsp Plum sauce
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Water, to loosen sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
½ tsp Five Spice powder, to taste

FOR YU SHENG INGREDIENTS (Make your own)
1 pack Smoked salmon or Sashimi
1 White daikon radish, shredded
2 Carrots, shredded
2 Japanese cucumber, deseeded & shredded
1 Red cabbage, thinly sliced
3 bunches Cilantro, roughly chopped
1 Pomelo, bite-sized
1 pack Wonton wrapper, cut into strips
Rice puffs
Crushed roasted peanuts
Sesame seeds

Method
  1. Wanton Crisp: In a saucepan filled with oil, deep fry the wonton strips over medium heat until golden and crisp. Drain on a paper towel lined tray.
  2. Sauce: Combine all in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Arrange all the ingredients onto a wide plate/tray with the salmon in the center. Drizzle plum sauce just before tossing.
