Ingredients
Few tbps honey
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
2 servings pork chop
1 hotdog
Choice of vegetables
2 baby potatoes
Tapioca chips
Method
- Marinate the pork chops with honey, salt and pepper and let it sit.
- Boil the baby potatoes in water for 10 minutes
- Stir fry the vegetables till cooked.
- Break the tapioca chips and air fry for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the potatoes and air fry.
- Leave the chips and potatoes at the side to cool.
- Pan fry the pork chops together with hot dog for 10 to 15 minutes till well-cooked.
- Serve with the veggies and potatoes on the side and sprinkle the tapioca chips on top.
