Honey Glazed Western Platter

Ingredients

Few tbps honey
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
2 servings pork chop
1 hotdog
Choice of vegetables
2 baby potatoes
Tapioca chips

Method
  1. Marinate the pork chops with honey, salt and pepper and let it sit.
  2. Boil the baby potatoes in water for 10 minutes
  3. Stir fry the vegetables till cooked.
  4. Break the tapioca chips and air fry for 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the potatoes and air fry.
  6. Leave the chips and potatoes at the side to cool.
  7. Pan fry the pork chops together with hot dog for 10 to 15 minutes till well-cooked.
  8. Serve with the veggies and potatoes on the side and sprinkle the tapioca chips on top.
