Ingredients
½ cup Butter
½ cup Brown sugar
¼ cup Castor sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1 Egg
1½ cups Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, lightly crushed
¼ cup All purpose flour
½ tsp Salt
Cooking oil for greasing
Decoration:
Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, coarsely crushed
Method
- Beat butter, brown sugar and castor sugar on medium speed until the mixture slightly fine.
- Add vanilla and egg, mix thoroughly.
- Add Kellogg’s Corn Flakes, flour and salt. Mix well.
- Scoop 1 teaspoon mixture onto muffin tray greased with cooking oil.
- Bake at 160°C for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool on baking tin for 5 minutes. Use a spatula to transfer the cookies onto a rack to cool completely.
