Ingredients
180g Butter
100g Cream cheese*
130g Icing sugar
1 Egg
320g Plain flour
1 tbsp Rice flour
250g Kellogg’s Froot Loops
Decoration:
White cooking chocolate, melted
Kellogg’s Froot Loops

Method
- Beat butter, cream cheese, sugar and egg until combined.
- Add flour and rice flour. Mix well.
- Next, add Kellogg’s Froot Loops and mix thoroughly.
- Press dough into a 9×9 inch baking tin lined with parchment paper. Bake in preheat oven at 160°C for 25 minutes.
- Transfer onto wire rack to cool. Cut into 3x3cm squares.
- Decorate with melted white chocolate and sprinkle Kelloog’s Froot Loops on top.
