Duck Confit x 2
Mashed Potato w Bacon Bits x 2
Gourmet Sauce
Lamb Roulade x 1

Duck Confit:

  1. Preheat airfryer at 170 degree.
  2. Cover & roast duck leg at 170 degree for 15 mins.
  3. Sear the skin of the duck leg on a hot frying pan until crispy.

Mashed Potato with Bacon Bit:

  1. Open the package and transfer the mashed potato into a bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl and steam it over boiling water for 10 mins.
  3. Mix well.

Gourmet Sauce:

  1. Heat a pot of water.
  2. Place the pack of gourmet sauce in the hot water for 10 mins.

Lamb Roulade:

  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree.
  2. Cover & roast Lam Roulade at 180 degree for 90 mins.
