Duck Confit:
- Preheat airfryer at 170 degree.
- Cover & roast duck leg at 170 degree for 15 mins.
- Sear the skin of the duck leg on a hot frying pan until crispy.
Mashed Potato with Bacon Bit:
- Open the package and transfer the mashed potato into a bowl.
- Cover the bowl and steam it over boiling water for 10 mins.
- Mix well.
Gourmet Sauce:
- Heat a pot of water.
- Place the pack of gourmet sauce in the hot water for 10 mins.
Lamb Roulade:
- Preheat oven at 180 degree.
- Cover & roast Lam Roulade at 180 degree for 90 mins.
