King Crab Buddha Jump Over The Wall 佛跳墙

Ingredients

1 packet King Crab
6 pcs Abalone
6 pcs Dried Scallops (soaked)
3 Dried Mushrooms (halved)
1 Chicken Leg (cut into 4 pieces)
20g Chinese Ham (sliced)
20g Fish Maw (soaked and sliced)
1L Chicken or Pork Broth
2 slices Ginger
2 tbsp Shao Xing Wine

 

Method
  • In a pot, bring the broth to a gentle boil. Add the abalone, dried scallops, mushrooms, chicken pieces, Chinese ham, fish maw and ginger. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Add the king crab and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Drizzle in the Shao Xing wine, then turn off the heat.
  • Divide all the ingredients into 6 individual bowls. Pour the hot broth over each serving and serve immediately.
