Maitake Mushroom Wholemeal Breakfast Wraps

2 pcs Wholemeal Wrap
100g Maitake Mushroom
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
8 pcs Oregano leaf (or 1 tsp dried Oregano)
4 Eggs
8 pcs of Cherry Tomato (sliced)
1 tbsp Cooking oil
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
A bunch of salad leaves

This recipe contains a hearty combination of mushrooms, tomatoes and eggs to provide a nutritious balance of vitamins and minerals to start your day with. High in Vitamin C, niacin, protein, amino acids and antioxidants – these nutrients can help boost your immune function and production of immune cells.

  1. Remove Maitake Mushroom from packaging and cut off the stem of mushroom.
  2. In a bowl, season eggs with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and set aside.
  3. Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan, sauté garlic until fragrant and then add in Maitake Mushroom. Stir fry for 2 minutes then add in egg mixture and scramble it until cooked.
  4. To assemble: place a piece of wrap on a chopping board and place salad leaves over. Next, top with scramble eggs, Maitake Mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and oregano leaves. Lastly, wrap it up and it’s ready to be served.
