Mala Black Fungus

200g Black fungus / wood ear mushrooms
1 stalk Spring onion, shredded
1 Red chili, sliced

1 tbsp Knorr Mala Liquid Seasoning
1 tbsp Chilli oil
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Black vinegar
½ tsp Sesame oil

  1. In a small pot, fill half of the pot with water and bring it to boil. Cook black fungus for 3 minutes, drained and set aside.
  2. Mix all seasoning in a medium bowl, combine black fungus and sliced chili, mix well. Chill in refrigerator.
  3. Garnish with spring onion before serving.
