Ingredients

2 tbsp Butter, melted

15g Crushed candy cane

5g Freeze-dried crushed strawberries
White chocolate fudge
2 tbsp Butter, melted

5g Freeze dried crushed strawberries
Method
- Line an 8-inch square pan with foil and grease with butter/oil spray. Sprinkle pan with crushed candy canes.
- Begin with the chocolate fudge. Combine chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Heat at 15 second intervals until smooth. Work quickly to stir in condensed milk.
- Add in the peppermint extract and crushed freeze dried fruit until well mixed.
- Pour it into the square pan and level as best as possible. Freeze it while working on the white chocolate fudge.
- In another bowl, combine white chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high for 30 seconds and stir. Heat at 15 second intervals until smooth. Stir in condensed milk.
- Add in the peppermint extract, cream of tartar and crushed freeze dried fruit until well mixed.
- Take the frozen chocolate fudge from the freezer and sprinkle crushed candy canes on the top.
- Pour the white chocolate layer and fridge it for up to 2 hours.
- Once solidified, cut into square and serve. Garnish with crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
