Ingredients
1 Milkfish (400g – 500g)
1 bulb Garlic
4 – 5 tbsp Vinegar or Calamansi juice
1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Optional)
1 tsp Salt
Few Dashes Pepper (Optional)
Cooking Oil
Method
- Clean and gut the milkfish.
- Butterfly cut the fish.
- Rub the fish with salt.
- Marinate the fish with vinegar/calamansi, garlic and fish sauce. You may add pepper if you like. Marinate for at least 30 mins, or overnight preferably.
- Heat up the pan. Pan fry the fish with oil.
- Enjoy while it’s hot.
