Ingredients
270g Threadfin Fillet
3-4 tbsp All-purpose Flour
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Powder
6 tbsp Panko Breadcrumbs
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Chopped Parsley
Dipping Sauce – Mayonnaise/Ketchup
Method
- Lightly beat the egg in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the Parmesan, panko breadcrumbs and chopped parsley.
- Cut the threadfin into cubes and marinate with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Coat the fish cubes in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, followed by the Parmesan-panko mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes.
- Spray the breaded fish cubes with cooking oil, then air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with mayo or ketchup for dipping. Enjoy!
