Ingredients
150g Peach Gum
1 bundle Pandan Leaves
1 pc Snow Fungus
10 pcs Red Dates, seedless
30g Dried Longans
1 tbsp Wolfberries
100g Brown Rock Sugar (adjust accordingly to your liking)
2.2 litres Water
Method
- Soak Peach Gum overnight till soft and remove impurities
- Soak snow fungus till soft and cut off the hard stem
- In the pot, bring water till boil and add in pandan leaves and red dates, simmer for 15 mins
- Add in Peach Gum & Snow Fungus and simmer for another 10 mins
- Next, add in brown rock sugar and stir till dissolve
- Off heat and add in dried longans and wolfberries and cover with lid
- Serve hot or chilled and enjoy
