Ingredients
300g King Salmon
20g Pistachio (crushed)
1 tbsp Mixed Italian Herbs
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 130–140℃.
- Place the salmon on a baking tray, skin side down. Pour the olive oil over it and spread it evenly. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Mix the pistachio and the Italian herbs, and spread the mixture onto the salmon.
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
