Pistachio Crusted King Salmon

Ingredients

300g King Salmon
20g Pistachio (crushed)
1 tbsp Mixed Italian Herbs
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper

Method
  1. Preheat the oven to 130–140℃.
  2. Place the salmon on a baking tray, skin side down. Pour the olive oil over it and spread it evenly. Season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the pistachio and the Italian herbs, and spread the mixture onto the salmon.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
