Radish Pork Soup

Ingredients

700g Soup Bones
1 Daikon (cut into big chunks)
1 Dried Cuttlefish
3 pcs Dried Scallops
A handful of Goji Berries
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
1.8L Water

 

 

Method
  • Boiled the pork ribs for a few minutes till the pork ribs have changed color, discard the water, rinse under running water, drain well and set aside.
  • Boil a pot of water, and add dried cuttlefish, dried scallops, pork ribs, and daikon.
  • Bring to boil under high heat for 10 mins, turn to low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes with lid on.
  • Add salt and white pepper, stir to mix well.
  • Add in the goji berries, simmer for another 3 minutes before removing from heat.
