Red Snapper Tom Yum Soup

Ingredients

400g Red Snapper Fish Slices
1 packet FairPrice Tom Yum Paste
1 can Straw Mushrooms
1 stalk Lemongrass
1L Water
1 slice Lemon

 

Method
  1. Mix the Tom Yum paste with water in a pot and bring it to a boil, together with the lemongrass.
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add in the straw mushrooms and fish slices. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in lemon juice and it is ready to be served.
