2 Chicken Legs
7 Ginger Slices
2 Spring Onions
1 ½ tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken Powder
- Marinate the chicken legs with salt and chicken powder.
- Brush the base of a rice cooker generously with vegetable oil and arrange ginger slices neatly.
- Add the chicken legs and top with sliced spring onions.
- Cover the lid and cook for 20 mins on usual settings, then check for done-ness and serve with some fluffy rice!
