Rice-Cooker Salt Baked Chicken

2 Chicken Legs
7 Ginger Slices
2 Spring Onions
1 ½ tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken Powder


  1. Marinate the chicken legs with salt and chicken powder.
  2. Brush the base of a rice cooker generously with vegetable oil and arrange ginger slices neatly.
  3. Add the chicken legs and top with sliced spring onions.
  4. Cover the lid and cook for 20 mins on usual settings, then check for done-ness and serve with some fluffy rice!
