Ingredients
300g Salmon Belly, cut into cubes
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mirin or Rice Wine
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Grated Ginger
Method
- Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well, let the Salmon marinate for 30 minutes
- Skewer salmon belly, approximately 2 – 3pcs per skewer
- Heat pan for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pan grill the Salmon Skewers for on each side for 3 minutes each
- Remove and serve hot
