Ingredients
300g Norway Salmon Fillet
2 cups Cooked Rice
100g Broccoli Florets
50g Corn Kernels
10g Butter
SAUCE
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
3 tbsp Light Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Water
½ tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 200ºC.
- Cut the salmon into cubes and marinate with pinch of salt and pepper for 10 mins.
- Spray some oil on the salmon and air-fry it for 8 mins.
- Boil a small pot of water and blanch the broccoli for 2 mins and the corn for 1/2 min.
- Boil the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan for 2 mins.
- Arrange the rice in the middle of a plate, add the cooked salmon, broccoli and corn.
- Drizzle the sauce over the rice, and add some green onions as well. Top it off with more ground black pepper.
Alternatively, if you have a cast iron pan, you do not need to air-fry the salmon. Heat up the cast iron pan, and add the cooked rice with the raw salmon; you can stir-fry it just like in the restaurant!
