Ingredients
1 Sakura Chicken
1 Cucumber
1 bottle Soup Restaurant Samsui Sauce – Ginger
5 slices Ginger
2 tbsp Salt
Method
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Add the ginger and salt to the water.
- Add the chicken when the water is boiling, and let it boil for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the fire and let the chicken rest in the water for 30 minutes.
- Slice the cucumber and place the slices on a plate.
- Chop the chicken and place the meat on the plate.
- Serve the dish with Soup Restaurant Samsui Sauce.
