Method
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil.
  2. Add the ginger and salt to the water.
  3. Add the chicken when the water is boiling, and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Turn off the fire and let the chicken rest in the water for 30 minutes.
  5. Slice the cucumber and place the slices on a plate.
  6. Chop the chicken and place the meat on the plate.
  7. Serve the dish with Soup Restaurant Samsui Sauce.
