Ingredients
2 Lobsters
1 packet Cooked Prawns
1 packet Cooked Mussels
1 packet Sausages
1 packet Lemon Garlic Sauce
½ White Corn (chopped small pieces)
200g Mini Potatoes
Method
- Defrost cooked items
- Steam chopped white corn for 8mins. Set aside.
- Microwave mini potatoes for 5 mins. Set aside.
- Opened the cooked items and pour away the water.
- Prepare 2 large pieces of cooking paper, placing them horizontal and vertically. Assemble lobsters, prawns, mussels, and sausages in the centre. Wrap up in a parcel securely.
- Steam over high heat for about 8-10mins.
- Microwave lemon garlic sauce for 30 secs.
- Serve hot by pouring lemon garlic sauce on top of seafood and add steamed corn and potatoes as side.
