Ingredients
350g Delicato Beef (minced)
1 tsp “Smokey Texas” Seasoning
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
1 tsp BBQ Sauce
½ tsp “Smokey Texas” Seasoning
Sesame Buns (halved, buttered, toasted)
Cheese of your choice
Pickles
Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)
Tomatoes (sliced)
Red Onions (sliced)
Method
- Add salt and “Smokey Texas” seasoning to beef mince for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Divide beef mince into 4 balls and set aside.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Place beef meatballs in pan, cover with a piece of parchment paper and smash it down as thin as you can. Cook for approximately 1 minute.
- Flip the patty, place a slice of cheese on top and cook for 1 minute until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Smear sauce on the bottom of a burger bun, then top it with pickles, shredded lettuce, tomato and red onions.
- Place 2 beef patties onto the burger and cover with the top burger bun. Serve immediately with fries.
