Ingredients
1 box Snow Crab Legs
1 pc Yee Mee
100g Chives
5 pcs Dried Shitake Mushroom (soak till soft & slice)
Some minced Garlic & sliced Ginger
Method
- Stir-fry ginger, garlic, & mushrooms.
- Add 1 tsp chicken stock, & 1 cup water. Mix well
- Place yee mee in the middle, & cover with lid for 2 mins.
- Add the chives and mix well.
- Add the snow crab legs & cover with lid for 2 mins.
- Add a pinch of pepper, & 1 tbsp sesame oil
