Ingredients
350g Barilla Spaghetti n.5
190g (1 jar) Barilla Pesto Genovese
300g Fresh salmon
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Salt & White pepper
Fresh basil*

Method
- Cut the fresh salmon into cubes and season with salt and white pepper.
- Heat a pan, add a tbsp of EVOO and slightly fry the salmon then set aside.
- As per instructions on pack, cook the Spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Before draining the Spaghetti, remember to set aside a cup of cooking water.
- Drain the Spaghetti, and mix with the Pesto adding a little cooking water to better stir the ingredients.
- Mix well, then add the salmon cubes.
- Should you wish, garnish with basil.
