Stir Fry Endives with Fish Cake

1 pkt of Thai Endives
20g Garlic (Minced)
20g Carrots (Sliced)
50g Fish Cake / Chikuwa (Sliced)
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp White Pepper

  1. Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil and minced garlic to stir fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in sliced fish cake and stir fry for 1min
  3. Add in endives and carrot and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
  4. Add in seasoning – oyster sauce, water, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper – and continue to stir fry for another 3mins.
  5. Removed from heat and the dish is ready to serve.
