Stir Fry Kailan with Crispy Pork

1 pkt of Kailan
20g Garlic (Minced)
1 stalk of Chilli Padi
300g Crispy Pork Belly
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Water
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
½ tsp White Pepper

  1. Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in kalian and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
  3. Add in crispy pork and seasoning – oyster sauce, water, light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper – and continue to stir fry for another 3mins.
  4. Remove from heat and dish is ready to serve.
