Ingredients
1 pkt of KangKong
1-2 stalks of Chilli Padi
20g Garlic (Minced)
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Fermented Soybean Paste
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Water
Method
- Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Add in kangkong and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
- Add in seasoning – fermented soybean paste, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water – and continue to stir fry for another 2mins.
- Remove from heat and dish is ready to serve.
