1 pkt of KangKong
1-2 stalks of Chilli Padi
20g Garlic (Minced)
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp Fermented Soybean Paste
2 tsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Fish Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Water

  1. Heat up frying pan and add in cooking oil, minced garlic and chilli padi to stir fry for 30 seconds.
  2. Add in kangkong and stir fry till it starts to wilt.
  3.  Add in seasoning – fermented soybean paste, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar and water – and continue to stir fry for another 2mins.
  4.  Remove from heat and dish is ready to serve.
