Ingredients
1 cup Plain Yogurt
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Ground Coriander Seed
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Turmeric
1 tsp Sweet Paprika
1 tbsp Garam Masala
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 cloves Minced Garlic
2 tbsp Minced Fresh Ginger
1 tsp Salt
4pcs Whole Chicken Legs
Method
- Add all ingredients except the chicken into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Coat the chicken in the marinade and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Bake chicken for at least 20 minutes at 180°C, the chicken is done when its juices run clear.
- Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
