Ingredients
For Ice Cream:
300ml Whipping Cream
150ml Milk
35 pcs White Rabbit Candy
For Topping:
Iced Gem Biscuits
Method
- Microwave milk and White Rabbit Candy in a bowl for 1-2 mins till the milk is hot and stir to melt the candy.
- In a separate big bowl, whisk the whipping cream till soft peaks form. Do not over whisk it.
- Add the melted milk and candy mixture into the soft cream and mix well.
- Pour into a container and freeze overnight.
- Serve the ice cream with iced gem biscuits.
