Mr Bobby Chin

Mr Chin was appointed as Chairman of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Ltd in June 2014. He first joined the board in 2013. He is the Chairman of the Housing & Development Board and Frasers Commercial Asset Management Limited. He is also the Deputy Chairman of NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited. Mr Chin sits on the boards of the Singapore Labour Foundation, Temasek Holdings Private Limited, and several listed companies including Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, Ho Bee Land Limited and AV Jennings Limited.

Mr Chin was the Managing Partner of KPMG Singapore from 1992 until his retirement in September 2005. He was also the former Chairman of Singapore Totalisator Board and the Urban Redevelopment Authority.

Mr Chin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Mr Ronald Ong

Mr Ong joined the Board in 2015. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ASEAN at Morgan Stanley.  He is also the Chairman of NTUC Income; Advisory Board member of Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics at the Singapore Management University.  He sits on the Listings Advisory Committee of Singapore Stock Exchange and Investment committee of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese in Singapore.

Mr Albert Cheng

Mr Cheng joined the Board in 2016. He has been serving as Board Member of NTUC First Campus Co-operative Limited (First Campus) since 2007. He is the Group Managing Director of Lion Industries Corporation Berhad. He is also the President Director of P.T. Lion Metal Works Tbk and Chairman of LTC Corporation Group.

Ms Lim Sau Hoong

Ms Lim joined the Board in 2016. She is currently the Vice Chairperson of the Singapore Note and Coin Advisory Committee, the Independent Director of the Board of Ascendas Reit and Multiwater Holdings Limited, Group Head for the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning, as well as Chairperson of the Chinese Development Assistance Council Stakeholders Communications Committee.

She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Creative Director of 10AM Communications Private Limited Singapore. She was also Chairperson for the Public Education Committee of the National Council for Problem Gambling, Chairperson for the Promote Mandarin Council, Member of the National Parks Board, Director of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra Board, Appointed Member of the Singapore50 Culture and Community Committee, Visual Advisor of the 2008 Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony and Chairperson of the Advisory Committee of Singapore Pavilion, 2010 World EXPO.

Ms Kristy Tan

Ms Tan joined the Board in 2017.  She spent 13 years as a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in private practice, eight of which as a Partner, in one of Singapore’s largest and leading law firms.  She then joined the Attorney-General’s Chambers, serving as Senior Director (Advocacy) in the Attorney-General’s Office.  She is also a Board Member of the Casino Regulatory Authority.

Mr Lee Seow Hiang

Mr Lee joined the Board in 2018. He is the CEO of Changi Airport Group. Mr Lee is concurrently the Deputy Chairman of Changi Airports International Pte Ltd and Director of Jewel Changi Airport Holding Pte Ltd. He is a member on the Airports Council International (ACI) World Governing Board and Chair of ACI Asia-Pacific Regional Board. He is also a Director of SMRT Corporation Ltd.  Between 1989 to 2005, Mr Lee held various appointments in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and the Ministry of Defence. From 2005 to 2008, he was serving as the Principal Private Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office.

Mr Ho Wah Lee

Mr Ho joined the Board in 2019. He is a Director at SNP International Pty Ltd, a consumer credit company based in Australia. He is also a Director at One Asia Music (Taiwan) and Amusic (a group of music companies with operations in Singapore and China). He has more than 30 years of experience covering management consulting, financial advisory, IT security and Technology audit.

Mr Ho retired as a partner from KPMG in 2017 after a 25-year tenure, where he served in various roles including Head of IT Advisory, Head of ASEAN Management Consulting, Head of Advisory in KPMG Singapore and President Director of PT KPMG Siddharta Advisory in Indonesia.


Mr Kee Teck Koon

He is the Deputy Chairman of NTUC Income Insurance Co-operative Limited, Non-Executive Director of NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited, Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor of NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited which is also the holding entity of NTUC Income, NTUC First Campus and five other social enterprises. Mr Kee is also the Non-Executive Director of Changi Airport Group (S) Pte Ltd, Capitaland Investment Limited, and Raffles Medical Group Ltd. He also sits on the board of Mandai Park Holdings Pte Ltd and is a member of Angsana Fund Investment Committee (AFIC), Singapore Labour Foundation.

Teck Koon started his career in 1979 with the Singapore Armed Forces and was with the Ministry of Defence until 1991. Thereafter he held senior management appointments with several organisations before joining the Capitaland Group in 2003. He spent 13 years in various senior leadership positions in CapitaLand and retired as its Chief Investment Officer in July 2009. His other senior roles in CapitaLand included being CEO overseeing the group’s real estate fund management, commercial, retail mall and serviced residence businesses.

He was awarded the Public Service Star Medal (BBM) by the Singapore Government, and the Meritorious Service Award by the National Trade Union Congress (NTUC), both in 2021. He holds a Master of Arts in Engineering Science from Oxford University, United Kingdom.

Ms Tan Hwee Bin

Ms Tan joined the Board in 2020. She is the Executive Director of Wing Tai Holdings Ltd. She serves as a Director of Singapore Labour Foundation and NTUC Enterprise Co-operative Limited, and is a Council Member of Singapore National Employers Federation, and a member of the Corporate Governance Advisory Committee.

She was the Chairman for SLF Strategic Advisers Pte Ltd, and had served on the boards of Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd and NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited.

Ms Tan was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) and the Public Service Star (BBM) by the Singapore Government in 2011 and 2018 respectively. In 2018, she was presented the Meritorious Service Award by the National Trade Union Congress.

Ms Tan is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston, USA.

Mr Ong Hwee Liang

Mr Ong joined the Board in 2020. He is currently a Vice President of the NTUC Central Committee, the planning, policy and executive organ of NTC that makes the decisions and takes action to further NTUC’s objectives. He was first elected into the NTUC Central Committee in 2011 for a four-year term, and was re-elected again in October 2015 and October 2019.

Mr Ong chairs the Labour Movement’s Aerospace and Aviation Cluster, and serves as the General Secretary of the SIA Engineering Company Engineers and Executives Union, a post he has held since 2007. He first joined the union as a Member of the Executive Committee in 1997, and has served as the union’s Vice-President from 2005 to 2007.

Within the Labour Movement, Mr Ong Hwee Liang chairs the NTUC Risk and Audit Committee and is the Chairman of the NTUC Workplace Safety and Health Committee. He is also a Member of the Workplace Safety and Health Council.

Graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mr Ong is an Assistant Foreman at SIA Engineering Company.

Mr Robert Yap

Mr Yap joined the Board in 2020. He is a Singaporean business leader involved in Renewable Energy, Information Technology and Private Equity.  Mr Yap is presently the Chairman of Sunseap Group, a renewable energy company with operations across 11 countries and ranked by Financial Times amongst top 50 Asia-Pacific High-Growth companies in 2020. Notably, Sunseap’s major investors include Banpu Group, Bangkok Bank, Shell Investments and Temasek Holdings.

Concurrently, Mr Yap is the Chairman of Skylab Holding and Independent Director with NTUC FairPrice Group, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) Singapore, Council for Board Diversity, Jurong Port (JTC subsidiary) and senior advisor to Jubilee Partners.

In January 2020, Mr Yap was conferred Singapore Management University (SMU) Distinguished Fellow and the inaugural Dean’s Fellow of Information Systems for his contribution as eminent leader of industry. He currently presides as Advisory Board Co-Chairman of SMU Institute of Service Excellence and Singapore Council member for the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

Mr Yap held a distinguished global career before retiring in December of 2014. He joined DFS Group senior global leadership in 2004 and was President of DFS Venture Singapore until his retirement. During this period, he was concurrently the Group EVP for Global Business Services and a senior member of Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy (LVMH) global CIO council. Prior to joining DFS, Robert was CEO for East Asia at PSA INTERNATIONAL.

Between 2006 till 2014, Mr Yap was a member of IBM CORPORATION Global Advisory Board in New York, US. His past board directorships of SGX listed companies included supply chain and technology companies. During the period from 2014 till 2018, Mr Yap represented Singapore as council member for the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and served as Deputy Secretary for Singapore National Employers Federation.

Mr Yap was conferred a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with honours and Masters of Engineering Science from UNSW in Sydney.
