Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but if you are not a morning person, here are some alternative ways you can enjoy your sleep-ins, and still get that important meal checked.

Tip 1: Prepare your meals ahead of time

Whip up a stack of light, fluffy pancakes the day before. Reheating them in a microwave will take less than 2 minutes. Pair them with syrups and jams for that added sweetness, and you’re ready to go!

Tip 2: Grab-and-go goodness

Perk your mornings up with a warm cup of coffee, and a slice of wholesome bread. This fuss-free fix is versatile with almost everything. Fancy something savoury? Why not try it with some good ol’ organic butter?

Tip 3: Ready-packed bites

Missed your alarm? Fret not! Always keep a box of ready-packed granola bars to tide your hunger. Granola bars are easy to pack, and gives you that needed energy boost in the morning. Pour yourself a glass of milk to go with it, and you’ll have a quick meal there!
